Yossi Rozhenko

Yossi has over 20 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property, having held roles both in-house and at IP firms. His practice is distinguished by a strong emphasis on strategic IP planning, carefully tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Yossi began his IP career in 2006 at Reinhold Cohn & Co. Following his qualification as a Patent Attorney in 2008, he managed IP activity across a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, with a strong focus on mechanics, including cutting tools, armor and ballistics, locking mechanisms, water desalination and irrigation systems, industrial processes, and solar energy solutions.

In 2016, Yossi joined Medtronic as an in-house Patent Attorney, where he gained extensive experience in the medical devices sector and developed a deep understanding on how IP strategies are managed to support the objectives of large corporations.

In 2021, he was appointed IP Director at Momentis Surgical, assuming responsibility for the company’s entire IP portfolio, including patents, designs, and trademarks. In this role, he established work protocols, implemented IP management and search systems, developed IP business intelligence, and prepared the portfolio for due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, and investor reviews.

In 2023, Yossi joined Shalev Jencmen & Co. as Partner and Head of the Mechanical Engineering & Medical Device Department.
